The Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP) provides monthly on-bill credits to eligible low-income electricity consumers. Credits range from approximately $52 to $113 per month depending on household income and size. OESP is funded by all Ontario ratepayers and administered by the OEB.
OESP in Sub-Metered Buildings
Residents in sub-metered buildings are eligible for OESP just like any other electricity customer. Sub-metered units receive their own electricity account, which is a requirement for OESP eligibility. Voltage Vision facilitates the application process by providing residents with the account information needed to apply.
