How do residents receive their bills?

Residents can receive bills electronically, by mail, or both. Electronic billing is the default option for efficiency, but paper bills are available upon request.

What happens if a resident doesn't pay?

We follow the OEB Unit Sub-Metering Code's regulated procedures for arrears and disconnection. This includes required notice periods, payment arrangement options, and specific protections during winter months (November 15 to April 30).

Are utility charges marked up?

No. Utility pass-through charges from the local distribution company are passed through to residents with no markup, as required by the OEB Unit Sub-Metering Code. Our service charges are separate and clearly disclosed.
